A Love Story That Started
More Than 20 Years Ago.

When Owner and President Leonard Malburg started a painting company on Kiawah Island in 1989, something extraordinary happened: his customers were so impressed with his service that they requested he expand his business to include pressure washing, window cleaning and other services.

Over time, Lenny has done just that. Lenny has earned a reputation for listening to his customers and meeting their needs again and again. His personal, hands-on approach to property management is the reason the company has been affectionately called “Lenny’s Kiawah Services” for the last two decades.

While Lenny remains committed to the company’s day-to-day activities, the company has grown and added staff. The company now has multiple crews of maintenance experts and a fleet of fully equipped trucks servicing the area. Changing the name to simply “Kiawah Services” seemed like a natural part of that growth.

Today, Kiawah Services offers over a dozen ways to love your home. The company is committed to serving the greater Charleston area, including Kiawah Island, Seabrook Island, West Ashley, downtown Charleston, Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Mount Pleasant and Daniel Island. In 2008, the company opened a rental division to offer a more complete home care package. A Regime and HOA Services division is planned for 2011.
